Winter Wellness with TDHS Community Health Nurse Amanda Nash

Keeping healthy during the colder months can be challenging. There are many things you can focus on when it comes to giving your winter wellness a boost including healthy foods, exercise, giving special attention to any underlying conditions and staying warm. You’ll give yourself a great chance to stay healthy all winter long if you tune into your body and give it the attention it deserves.
