Please note that despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late, this could be because someone required unexpected urgent attention. Our receptionists will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay with your appointment.
We understand that complex health issues or emotional difficulties may require extra time with your doctor and longer appointment times are available. Please advise at time of making the appointment if you require a longer appointment. Please note that longer appointments should also be booked for a re-employment or an insurance medical.
If more than one member of your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please ensure that a separate appointment is made for each family member. Urgent cases will be seen on the day.
