To excel in the services we provide we need clarity. Clarity is not just about our journey but also about who we are. We need to be able to see ourselves.
To ensure growth, development and quality improvement we must become aware of what we do well, areas we can improve in and how people perceive us. Feedback from others can be the gift of sight. It is one of the fastest ways to focus our efforts, correct our course and achieve our goals. Receiving feedback and putting it into action is especially important in order to grow our service.
Timboon and District Healthcare Service (TDHS) will respond to all feedback appropriately and all responses and communications will be tailored in consideration of the feedback received. We aim to process and respond to all feedback within 35 business days, however will keep you updated if there is any delay.

All Feedback will be treated sensitively and in a constructive manner. If you have any feedback, we strongly encourage you to firstly speak with the person responsible for the area in which you had the experience. If for some reason this is not possible, you can choose one of the following options to communicate your feedback – TDHS Feedback Process and Care Opinion.
TDHS Feedback Process
You can provide feedback to TDHS by one of the following methods –
1: Complete a Feedback Brochure (Suggestion, Compliment or Complaint) which can be found at the Feedback Station near reception in the health service and Timboon Clinic, alongside the feedback boxes located throughout the health service and Timboon Clinic or simply ask a team member for a brochure. Once completed the brochure can be placed in either of the feedback stations, one of the feedback boxes or handed to a team member.
2: Click on the Feedback icons below (Compliment, Suggestion or Complaint), complete the form and submit.

Care Opinion is an independent site where anyone can share their feedback about their experience of care, and community services in Australia, giving service users, their families and carers the opportunity to publish their personal experiences, good or bad, of the care system.
Whether you are a patient, carer or service user, share your feedback and help make a difference. Once Care Opinion receives your feedback it will be read and where possible share on the Care Opinion website.
When Care Opinion publish your feedback they will email you directly as well as team members in the services who need to see it. Often those team members will reply to you on the Care Opinion website and if this occurs Care Opinion will email you.
