01 Oct Victorian cyber incident impacting TDHS communications

Late yesterday, we experienced some issues with our IT systems. It has since been confirmed the issues relate to a cyber incident impacting health services and hospitals across the South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) network and Gippsland Health Alliance.

At this time there is no suggestion that personal patient information has been accessed.

The Victorian Cyber Incident Response Service has been deployed and is working with impacted health services to respond to the attack.

All services at TDHS remain open, however we do not have access to our emails or the internet at this time – so if you have any queries or concerns please contact us on 5558 6000.
