Timboon Tomorrow – priorities for a healthier future – is an initiative of Timboon & District Healthcare Service, a campaign led by its Board to understand the current health priorities for the region. The Timboon & District Healthcare Service is consulting with health professionals, patients and the wider community on their priorities for the prevention and promotion of health, and levels of care provided currently. Findings from the Timboon Tomorrow project will assist the Board in drafting its next five-year strategic plan and will guide the provision of local health services in accordance with health policy, organisational capacity and funding parameters.

Timboon Tomorrow is for residents, business owners and health professionals living and working within Timboon, Cobden, Nullawarre, Port Campbell, Princetown, Peterborough and Simpson and surrounding regions.

This survey is being conducted by an external party and your input will be consolidated with key findings being incorporated into the strategic planning process.
