Next Thursday | TDHS AGM | Virtual event featuring Dr Ruth Vine

Thursday 17th December 2020 at 7.30 pm

No need to dress up or even leave the comfort of your own home to join our Annual General Meeting (AGM) this year, because we will be bringing it to you! This year our AGM is a virtual event only due to COVID-19 restrictions, so put your feet up in front of your computer and join us on our virtual ride through 2019-2020, followed by two very impressive guest speakers talking about some of the major challenges COVID-19 brought with it.

This year has been challenging on all levels, but it has definitely had a major impact on our mental health in one way or another. So we thought our Annual General Meeting would provide us with an excellent opportunity for our Board Chair Maryanne Puli Vogels to sit down with Dr Ruth Vine, Australia’s first Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Mental Health, and ask her some of the mental health questions we’re all eager to know the answers to.

Ruth is a consultant psychiatrist and has more than 25 years’ experience. She has worked for the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services providing policy advice on critical mental health issues impacting the Australian community due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and championing Commonwealth policy development and implementation activities to better integrate the Australian mental health system.

Due to COVID-19 the interview with Ruth had to be pre-recorded, but if the interview leaves some of your mental health questions unanswered, please email them to enquiries@timboonhealthcare.com.au so we can forward them onto Ruth for follow up.

A link to the Livestream Broadcast will be emailed to those who RSVP (enquiries@timboonhealthcare.com.au) and will also be available on the TDHS website prior to the commencement of the event.

We are looking forward to having your virtual company on the night!!
