TDHS AGM 2021 Cath Gillard

Next Thursday | TDHS AGM | Virtual Event featuring Cath Gillard (nee Gordon)

THURSDAY 9TH DECEMBER 2021 AT 7.30 PM

Join us from the comfort of your couch as we review another eventful year at TDHS.

Due to continuing COVID-19 restrictions for our healthcare service, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is again a virtual event only, so no need to get out of your comfy clothes and leave your spot on the couch; just put your feet up in front of your device, get comfortable and join us on our virtual ride through 2020-2021, followed by an impressive (local) guest speaker you might know😊.

During COVID-19 one of the very essential services that continued operating was the donation of blood through Australian Red Cross Lifeblood. Lifeblood is an organisation that provides life-giving blood, plasma, transplantation, and biological products for world-leading health outcomes.

We thought our AGM was the perfect opportunity for our Board member Claire Murphy to sit down with Cath Gillard (nee Gordon), Executive Director, People and Culture at Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, to explain some of the vital services they provide through the power of humanity.

Cath was born at the Timboon Hospital, grew up on a farm between Peterborough and Port Campbell, and still has strong connections to the district with her mum, dad and brother all living locally.  To locals, she may be remembered as Cathy Gordon.

Her professional career spans over 25 years in human resources and law. Before joining Lifeblood in 2017, Cath held several senior human resources positions within the General Electric group of companies, Linfox, and the Toll Group.  Earlier in her career, Cath practised as an employment and industrial relations lawyer for over a decade with law firms Minter Ellison and Lander & Rogers. At the time, she was a service provider to multiple industry sectors including health, state government, financial services, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

A link to the Livestream Broadcast of the TDHS AGM, including the interview with Cath Gillard, will be emailed to those who RSVP (enquiries@timboonhealthcare.com.au) and will also be available on the TDHS website prior to the commencement of the event.

We are looking forward to having your virtual company on the night!!
