Tomorrow is RU OK? Day and we, at TDHS, are checking in with our community by asking R U OK?

By starting a conversation and commenting on changes you’ve noticed, you could help that family member, friend or workmate to open up. Tips to start the conversation are:

  3. Encourage action

A conversation has the power to change someone’s life for the better and we can be a listening ear and a (virtual) shoulder to lean on.
