Keeping healthy during the colder months can be challenging. There are may things you can focus on when it comes to giving your winter wellness a boost including healthy foods, exercise, giving special attention to any underlying conditions and staying warm. In this short video, our TDHS dietitian Casey Tesselaar discusses ways to eat healthily during winter, including selecting seasonal produce and stretching your food further with the addition of legumes such as lentils and beans.
