Our Allied Health team provides a range of services designed to support health, wellbeing, independence and recovery. Working alongside patients, residents and carers, our professionals deliver assessment, treatment, education and rehabilitation to help individuals achieve the best possible health outcomes.

Our Home and Community Care services support people to remain independent, safe and connected within their own homes and communities. Through a range of personalised services, we assist individuals to maintain their health, wellbeing and quality of life while continuing to live where they feel most comfortable.

Our Medical Clinic provides access to high-quality primary healthcare services for individuals and families in Timboon and the surrounding district. Working closely with other healthcare professionals and services, our medical practitioners support the ongoing health and wellbeing of our community through comprehensive and person-centred care.

Our health promotion and wellbeing work focuses on helping people stay well and preventing health problems before they occur. Guided by local needs and health priorities, we work alongside community members and partner organisations, with a focus on healthy eating, active living, reducing smoking and vaping harm, mental wellbeing and climate health.

Our Urgent Care Centre provides assessment and treatment for people with urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Our experienced healthcare team delivers timely care close to home, ensuring patients receive appropriate treatment and, when required, referral to specialist or hospital-based services.
