At Timboon and District Healthcare Service, we are proud to provide high-quality residential aged care services in a welcoming, community-focused environment.
Our aged care service is designed to support residents to live with dignity, comfort, and independence, while remaining connected to family, friends, and the local community.
Accommodation Options
TDHS offers 14 single residential aged care rooms across two welcoming wings:
- 10 single rooms with private en-suites
- 4 single rooms with shared en-suites
- Two rooms designed with accessible features to support residents with mobility needs
All rooms include:
- Individually controlled heating and cooling
- Wall-mounted televisions
- Access to communal dining and living areas
- Access to outdoor balcony spaces overlooking hospital gardens and neighbouring school grounds
Residents also have access to a spa bath designed to support all stages of mobility.
As a Multi-Purpose Service (MPS), TDHS can flexibly utilise available rooms, allowing residents greater choice depending on availability and personal preference.
Clinical Care and Support
Our aged care service is supported by experienced and dedicated Registered and Enrolled Nurses available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Residents can also access a range of allied health services as required, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Accommodation Pricing
Residents may choose to pay for accommodation through:
- A Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD)
- A Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP)
- A combination of both options
