Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists are health professionals trained to assist people to overcome limitations caused by:

  • injury
  • illness
  • psychological or emotional difficulties
  • developmental delay
  • the effects of aging.

Specialising in the rehabilitation of patients’ functional abilities, including personal self- care, domestic and community living skills, an occupational therapist can assist with recommendations of home modifications, including ramps and rails and prescription of equipment.

We do accept referrals from Doctors and other Health Professionals, however, referrals are not necessary.

Please contact our Reception on (03) 5558 6000 to enquire.
