Diabetes Education
A Diabetes Educator is a specialised healthcare professional who provides personalised education, training and support to help people with pre-diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes and Gestational Diabetes.
Our Diabetes Educator can assist with:
- Glucose monitoring
- Insulin administration
- Medication education
- Registration to the National Diabetes Support Scheme (NDSS)
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring
We do accept referrals from Doctors and other Health Professionals, however, referrals are not necessary.
