We know that the best decisions are made when they are informed by the people who use our services.
We are developing a Community Engagement Framework to guide how we listen to, involve and partner with our community. This framework will help shape the way TDHS engages with consumers, carers and local residents when planning, improving and evaluating our services.
To support this work, we have partnered with Health Voices Victoria, an independent organisation with expertise in consumer and community engagement.
We woud love to hear from people across our community. Whether you have used our services, cared for a family member or simply have an interest in local healthcare, your experiences and ideas are important. Your feedback will help us better understand what meaningful engagement looks like and how we can work together to respond to the changing health needs of our community.
